I have been trading the markets actively for over 20 years and have made my living doing it in a business where most people only last 3 years or so.  It is pretty quiet here during the day and I have a lot to share, so I decided to create this blog.  I will be doing some real time tweets as time allows, writing articles on trading the markets and other areas that are of interest.

Mostly I trade stock indexes like the S&P 500 and Russell futures. The SPYders are an equivalent market as is the Dow (more or less). I also dabble in options and stocks and will expand into other areas.  My writing applies to all trading- so no matter what you might be doing trading, this blog will be of benefit to you.

Over the years I have learned lots of ways to trade- what works and what doesn't. I wished someone had shown me a few things-  I lost a lot and gained a lot (more:-)
